Neil has more than 17 years of experience in the B2B media and conference industry, 11 of which within the Life Sciences sector. Prior to LSX (formerly Biotech and Money), he held the role of General Manager of the Life Sciences division of a global provider of B2B events. He has been responsible for conceptualising, business planning, launching and developing many of the industry’s most successful executive level conference brands within the biologics sector.

Terry founded LSX (formerly Biotech and Money) together with Neil in early 2014 with a vision to build a truly valuable community of senior executives dedicated to solving the funding, finance and deal-making challenges in the sector.  He has over 14 years experience as a senior executive in the B2B media, publishing and events industry, with an enviable track record of success in building successful brands and events, and in bringing people together so that the sum of their parts is greater than the whole. 
 
He has been responsible for conceptualising, launching and developing several successful large scale events and media offerings with a particular emphasis on working with C-suite executives at the top of their game.

Paul has over 16 years experience in B2B marketing and campaign management. Before joining LSX (formerly Biotech and Money), Paul was UK Marketing Director for a leading events company. He was responsible for digital marketing across the entire UK business, delivering conference & exhibitions in the UK, Europe and across the world. He is a results-driven marketing specialist balancing a mix of strategic and technical abilities and has a consistent track record in delivering revenue targets, generating leads and building B2B event brands.

Josh has over 9 years experience within the B2B media and events industry in production, business development and senior management. Prior to LSX (formerly Biotech and Money), he held the role of General Manager of the Energy and Finance divisions of a global provider of B2B events. He has been responsible for conceiving, launching and growing a variety of events from mid-scale technical conferences, through leading forums and congresses for c-level executives, to large-scale confexes and exhibitions. With a track record in delivering commercial success, he has strong research, business development and management skills, as well as significant experience in fostering and maintaining relationships with c-level industry executives.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Matthew has over 9 years experience with multi-national event and publishing companies including 6 years with a leading B2B events company. As the European Sales Director, he managed a team of 15 salespeople and was responsible for delivering over £7million of revenue a year. As General Manager, he was also involved in launching and managing conferences and large scale exhibitions in a wide range of industry verticals including Finance, Aerospace and Technology. At LSX (formerly Biotech and Money), Matthew is responsible for delivering value and return on investment to our community and event partners.

Emily has over 3 years experience in the knowledge & networking divisions of industry leading B2B businesses. Her expertise lies in creating and connecting communities based on the sharing of insights and learning, helping professionals build their knowledge and network with peers. At LSX (formerly Biotech and Money), Emily is responsible for investor relations and development, helping drive engagement between corporates and the investors themselves across the full suite of our community offering.
