The 2019 Lifestars Awards host 17 closely contested award categories, 16 of which can be entered via the below form.
Depending on your company profile you may be eligible to enter more than one award category.
Please ensure you have read the qualifying criteria of each award on the Lifestars website before submitting in the appropriate category(s).

In completing your entry you are:
1. Agreeing to allow your submission to be viewed by members of LSX Ltd. and members of the official Lifestars Judging Faculty. It will not be released to any other third party.
2. Understanding that entry submission does not guarantee a place in the final shortlist, and that all entries will be subject to review by the 2019 Judging faculty. Entries successful in reaching the 2019 shortlist will be contacted on the 5th September.
3. Understanding that entry does not include tickets to the Awards ceremony on the 19th November, and that attendance will require the purchase of tickets.
