What Covid safety measures will be in place?

We will ensure that recommended Covid security measures are in place following the local State guidelines, additionally we will ensure that there is:

  • Enhanced ventilation
  • Regular cleaning of communal facilities
  • Hand sanitiser made widely available
  • Safe room and hall layouts to avoid overcrowding
  • Wearing of masks will be based on local regulations at the time

Is accommodation included in the ticket price? / How do I book accommodation?

Accommodation is not included in the price of your ticket. We have secured preferential rates at accommodation nearby. See details here

I can’t make the event, can I access the content virtually?

The LSX World Congress Virtual will take place 16-20 May. Recordings from many of the live sessions will be available alongside the showcase presentations.

The partnering platform will also be live for 1-2-1 meetings.

Have you been contacted by some external companies offering to sell lists of our conference attendees along with their contact details?

This is a scam. Our attendee list is NOT available for sale, neither from ourselves nor via any third parties. Should you wish to establish contact with other attendees prior to or at the event, you are able to do so via the event app, access to which is strictly restricted to attendees. Please be assured that LSX do not, under any circumstances, share the contact details of our customers/delegates with third parties and that all personal data is held securely. If you have any further questions, or are contacted by any third parties purporting to have access to the attendee list, please contact

I cannot attend all days of the conference, can I buy a one day pass?

One day passes are issued on case-by-case basis based on individual needs. Please contact to discuss your requirements.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

Tickets are available on the day at the venue, however we offer our best rates in the lead up to the event. It is advised to book in advance to avoid paying an increased price for your ticket.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Is food included in the ticket price?

Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included in the price of your physical ticket.

I have specific dietary requirements, can these be accommodated?

We endeavour to cater to specific dietary requirements such as vegetarian, halal, gluten free and vegan diets. Please contact if you have any concerns.

What time does registration open?

The venue will open at 08:00 on both days of the physical event.

Where can I collect my badge?

Your badge is available for collection from the registration desk.

Is free WiFi available at event?

Free wi-fi is available at the venue. Login details can be found at the registration desk upon arrival.

Can you provide me with an invitation letter?

We are able to provide invitation letters in support of visa applications. Please email to request an invitation letter.
