About Workforce Wellbeing LIVE

Personalised, Data Driven Employee Wellbeing Strategies

Workforce Wellbeing LIVE is a high quality and high impact event, being held in-person at the The Barbican, London. 27– 28 April 2022. It is designed exclusively for HR/People leaders, Chief Medical Officers, Heads of Health & Wellbeing, Benefits Managers, Mental Health and D&I Leaders from large employers who are looking to learn about the latest trends, technologies, and strategies to help them navigate the new post-pandemic era of work.

It promotes personalisation, prevention and evidence backed approaches, and encourages employers to see wellbeing through a holistic lens, looking at strategies to improve not just physical health, but mental, social and financial wellbeing. The congress provides a powerful space to share best practice, learn, grow and connect with peers, solution and service providers.

WHAT ARE THE CORE THEMES?

  • Personalisation and the death of ‘One size fits all’ approaches to wellbeing.
  • Evidence, data and measurements: What actually works, and what metrics can shape business strategy and policy?
  • Prioritising prevention: how to shift the narrative, culture and investment focus to prevention.
  • Holistic approaches: Physical and mental health, but also social and financial wellbeing.
  • The link to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

WHAT IS IT NOT?

  • It is not a 'vendor fest' - we limit attendance from solution and service providers to a select few vetted and qualified leading partners, all of whom add value to the discussion and debate. No endless sales pitches that you might find at other events. We also have a strict policy in place to defend a highly disproportionate ratio of practitioners to valued partners.
  • It is not 'death by powerpoint' - the agenda is dynamic, with an emphasis on interactive dialogue, collaborative discussion and amplified opportunities for conversation and debate.
  • It is not 'cookie cutter content' - the agenda is the result of deep qualitative and quantitative research with worlds leading wellbeing leaders and thinkers.
  • It is not your 'usual networking' - it is a super charged 1-2-1 meeting opportunities, powered by a sophisticated networking and 121 meeting scheduling tool.

WHAT IS IT?

  • 200+ key decision makers from large employers.
  • One high impact full day of content, networking and business development opportunities.
  • Keynotes, panels, interactive roundtables, case studies, workshops, networking reception, 1-2-1 meetings.
  • Half a day of interactive, invite only leaders’ forums – limited to 30 VIP employers.
  • Benefits innovation showcase - featuring presentations with the latest tech, trends and evidence-backed benefit solutions.
