What is it

A VIP, invitation-only half day roundtable event in London on the 2nd of November. A prelude to the Workforce Wellbeing LIVE event next April.

Limited to 40 global leaders in employee wellbeing.

Hosted by LSX, and supported by 4 expert partners who each host a RT.

Why are we doing it?

The goals are to:

  • Create a powerful networking experience to help foster relationships and connections
  • Exchange knowledge and best practice between leaders to tackle common challenges
  • Develop new ideas to improve workforce wellbeing strategies and approaches
  • Help us shape the agenda and further discussions at Workforce Wellbeing LIVE in April

What is being discussed?

Strategy focused, the session will explore ideas and approaches to how leaders can improve the  mental, financial, physical and emotional health and wellbeing of their workforces in a post-pandemic reality.

What’s the format? 

Welcome networking lunch

A scene setting presentation and panel discussion

Curated roundtable discussions:

  • There are 4 x 45 min RTs, each one hosted by one of our
    official partners.
  • Roundtable participants rotate, so by the end of the day every
    participant will have spent 45 min with each hosted / partner RT.
  • Outputs are captured by each RT host and summary
    takeaways are collated and distributed to all participants by LSX
    post event
